Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of PrintRank.lol. By submitting a listing or making a payment, you agree to these Terms. Also read the Rules and the Privacy Policy.

1. The service

PrintRank is a public ranking board for 3D printed products, designs, services, and maker businesses. A listing's rank is determined by its cumulative paid ranking bid, calculated and enforced server-side.

2. Listings and ownership

Anyone can submit a listing without creating an account. A secure private management link is issued after a successful payment. You are responsible for keeping this link secure. Losing it may result in losing management access to that listing.

3. Payments

All ranking bids are processed through our payment provider. The provider's confirmed payment webhook, not the browser return page, determines whether a payment succeeded and whether a rank is granted. Payments are not refundable.

4. Acceptable use

Listings must comply with the Rules. We may remove or suspend listings that violate these Terms, are unlawful, misleading, or unsafe.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee visibility, sales, or outcomes resulting from a listing's rank or click volume.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrintRank is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of PrintRank after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
